Inside there is a revolving vault that houses the Immaculate Conception, patron saint of the city, on one side and the image of the person being celebrated on the other. It is topped with a crown integrated into the main altar. On the upper part there is an oil painting of the Holy Trinity and on the ceiling the figure of a dove, signifying the Holy Spirit. More than 130 angels decorate the church. The floor was originally made of brick, later of mosaic, and currently of Santo Tomas stone.
