Atlixco is a city located southwest of the capital of the state of Puebla, it is known for its good climate and the great floristic, commercial and tourist activity that earned it the name Atlixco de las Flores, the best climate in the world, and Barn of New Spain, during the colonial era, on the last Sunday of September, on the esplanade of the San Miguel hill, Atlixco becomes the headquarters of a festival in which representatives of the eleven cultural regions of the state meet. of Puebla, a festival that is called Huey Atlixcáyotl or Fiesta Grande de Atlixco and which is cultural heritage of the state of Puebla, additionally has various spas, recreation areas and various fairs throughout the year.
