Municipality

Tianguismanalco is a municipality in the state of Puebla, the meaning of the name is of Nahuatl origin, "In the flattened market", it has beautiful buildings in the area such as the Temple of San Juan Bautista built in the 16th century and from which part of the festival on June 24, the patron saint's holiday is celebrated in honor of San Juan Bautista, in the month of May the religious festival is celebrated in honor of the Virgin of Light, as tourist attractions it is in San Baltazar Atlimeyaya, 16 km away. From the city of Atlixco, there is the Xoulín fish farm, a trout farm where you can visit the facilities and there are several restaurants to taste the farm's delicious fish prepared in different ways.
