The Parish of Santa Maria de la Natividad is a colonial-style religious building, located in the municipal seat of Tochtepec, and dating back to the 18th century.
Tochtepec is a municipality in the state of Puebla, its name is derived from the Nahua voices Tochtli which means Rabbit, Tepetl, Hill and C, where we have “On the Hill of Rabbits”, the main architectural construction is the Parish Temple erected to Santa María de Guadalupe dating from the 18th century, from which the patron saint festival of December 12 with grape harvests and burning of castles is derived.
