Unique in its kind, the Botanical Garden is located in the Tehuacán-Cuicatlan Biosphere Reserve. The tour includes interpretive trails where you can see cacti up close in their natural environment, ascending the side of a hill to the bird watching towers. It has fifty-three species of cacti, some of them endemic and in danger of extinction.
