This building, conceived as a guest house, was built between 1912 and 1914 by J. Refugio Reyes and was for many years the elegant Hotel Paris. In 1982 it became the headquarters of the State Legislative Power. The facade, on three levels of pink stone, is neoclassical in style. The main entrance in the form of a niche covers two levels. On the second level there are balconies with mullioned windows, and on the third, balconies with rectangular windows and cushioned walls.
