Municipality

Apetatitlán de Antonio Carvajal is one of the 60 municipalities that make up the Mexican state of Tlaxcala. It is located in the center of the state, in the Nahuatl language it means "on a sphere of water", it has various unique buildings such as the parish of San Pablo, the temple of Father Jesus, the temple of Bethlehem, buildings from the 17th century, the Temple of San Matías Tepetomatitlan from the 16th and 18th centuries, heritage of Mexico, the festival in honor of the patron saints, Saint Paul and Saint Peter the Apostle, whose date is transferable, if it falls on a weekday, begins nine days before June 29, with the so-called novena.
