Parish church in honor of Saint Peter built in the 16th century, located in the municipal seat of Chapulco.
Chapulco is one of the 217 municipalities of the Mexican state of Puebla, it is located in the southeast of the entity, its most important architectural construction is the parish temple in honor of San Pedro built in the 16th century and from which the patron saint festival in honor to San Pedro, it is celebrated with masses, prayers, processions, baseball games, horse races, bulls, music bands, fireworks and native dances, its tourist attraction is the Chapoltzin hill which is located on the eastern side of the headland, a kilometer away.
July 29th is the patronal feast day in honor of Saint Peter, and is celebrated with masses, prayers, processions, baseball games, horse races, bullfights, music bands, fireworks and native dances. September 15th is the national holiday, November 1st and 2nd All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, December 12th in honor of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Christmas and New Year.
