Founded in 1874 by Mr. José María González Muñóz. The spaces it had were the following: barn, tinacal, machero, stable, chapel, calpanería and the landowner's house. The main activity carried out was agriculture and pulque, this hacienda has a chapel considered to be the oldest, since its construction dates back to the 18th century, it has a side pantheon and some real estate such as easel painting.
