Municipality

Chilchotla, one of the 217 municipalities that make up the state of Puebla, is located at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level. Although it does not have large buildings, it has a large celebration on June 28, 29, and 30, which is the patron saint's day of Saint Pedro and San Pablo, the municipality has mariachi groups, their religious festivals are celebrated with instruments such as mandolin, guitar, accordion, violin and band, the municipality has water reservoirs so it lends itself to recreational centers in the town such as the "La Virgen" recreational center and the Fundificación and La Cascada waterfalls, it is located 10 and 5 minutes respectively from the head.
