The Mayan Medicine Museum of San Cristóbal de las Casas, located at Av. Salomón González Blanco 10, Col. Morelos, has as its main objective the dissemination of Tzotzil-Tzeltal healing practices in the state of Chiapas, made up of a diversity of museographic environments that recreate the uses of this traditional medicine, in addition to the practice and therapeutic resources used by the Jilol (puller), Koponej witz (hill prayer), Tzakbak (bone setter), Jvetome (midwife) and Acvomol (herbalist).
