The Malecón Las Garzas Eco-Tourist Center in Salto de Agua is a beautiful spa area that is part of the complex of the mighty waters of the Tulijá River, which can be reached on foot and is located just 50 meters from the heart of the urban area, visitors can enjoy a pleasant stay and a beautiful view, it has several spaces that go from the lowest to the deepest ones where you can swim, although the authorities recommend not taking risks in the currenty areas and in the deepest part, because the waters of this river are very cold and mighty.
The municipality of Salto de Agua is one of the municipalities that make up the state of Chiapas, it includes part of the Agua Azul Waterfalls Flora and Fauna Protection Area, it is one of the main ecotourism spots in Chiapas with attractions such as the Misol-ha waterfall, the Agua Clara Eco-tourist Ejidal Tourist Center or Colen-há. As for its vegetation, there is a flora made up of various species such as olive, aguacatillo, arnica, begonia, chicozapote colorado, bamboo, copal and wild chincuya among others.
In Salto de Agua the most important celebrations are the feast of the Trinity, the Virgin of the Conception, the Holy Family and the Virgin of Guadalupe.
