The site where this chapel is currently located, better known as La Conchita, was called Zacatipan and was characterized by being the exit of the old road that led to the town of San Andrés Tzicuilan. The chapel is located next to the Parish of San Francisco, it houses interesting mural paintings by the Cuetzalt artist Joaquín Galicia Castra and in the back of the enclosure you can admire the surroundings of Cuetzalan.
