The Texocuixpan church is a sanctuary where the Lord of Good Death is venerated. Its patronal feast is celebrated on May 3rd, however it is also visited on holidays such as: New Year, Christmas, Easter and in general all weekends of the year. It is the sanctuary most visited by pilgrims in the region and most recognized by neighboring states since it is considered very miraculous.

Ixtacamaxtitlán is a Mexican municipality located in the north of the state of Puebla, within the northern mountains of Puebla, the main architectural construction is the Parish Church dedicated to San Francisco de Asís dating from the 16th century, located in the municipal seat, as well as a great variety of objects and monoliths from the pre-Columbian era, it also has a local museum of the pre-Columbian era, its main festival is celebrated on October 4 in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi with dances, processions, fireworks and a fair.
