San Felipe Tepatlán is one of the 217 municipalities that make up the state of Puebla, its name means "where stones abound", it has various historical buildings such as the parish church dedicated to the patron saint, San Felipe Apóstol, which dates back to 1883. 1887 and the bridge over the Ajajalpan River, on May 3, San Felipe Apóstol is celebrated, December 8, Immaculate Conception, celebrated with processions, dances, "toreros", "negritos", "apaches", "tejoneros", "Spanish", "Moors", "Santiagueros" and "Tocotines"; October 7, Virgin of the Rosary; December 12, Virgin of Guadalupe and November 3 religious festival of San Martín de Porres, have a great attraction of panoramic views.
