San Jerónimo Xayacatlán is a municipality in the state of Puebla (Mexico), it is located in the south of this state, it has beautiful architectural spaces of which the parish church dedicated to San Jerónimo stands out, dating from the 17th century, which is located within the territory of the municipal seat and remains open all year round for the reception of the faithful, on December 30. August is the patron saint's day, from February to March, with a moving date, the carnival is celebrated with dances of “Tecuanis”, “Perros”, “Matrines”, Diablos” and “Muertes” and the 4th Friday of Lent is celebrated in the same way.
