Xiutetelco is one of the 217 municipalities of the state of Puebla. It is located in the northeast part of this state, it has various historical monuments such as the parish church dedicated to San Juan dating from the 17th century, the community museum, on June 22, 23, 24 and 25, the patronal fair is celebrated, dedicated to San Juan Bautista in this municipality, it has various tourist attractions, such as archaeological zones that are separated from each other by houses, walls, gardens and orchards, in the center of the town are the remains of a truncated pyramid, there are 3 pyramids in total.

Festivities

On June 22, 23, 24 and 25, the patronal fair is celebrated, dedicated to San Juan Bautista in this municipality. On June 24, the patronal festival is celebrated with processions, dances, fireworks, folk dances and music bands. On November 1 and 2, the celebration of all the saints and faithful deceased, with offerings and visits to the cemeteries, a pious celebration of Holy Week.
