The Parish of Our Lady of Carmen was built in the 19th century and has a neo-Gothic façade. The doorways and domes are made of red petatillo, brick and tile cladding. It has pointed arches and pyramid-shaped tops. Inside, a series of French stained glass windows stand out, located in the upper part of the side walls.

At 9:00 a.m. a mass is given for and organized by the people who live in Puebla. Afterwards, more masses are celebrated every hour. Before 3:00 p.m., baptisms and confirmations given by the Bishop begin.
