The construction of this hacienda spanned the 18th and 19th centuries. It has a landowner's house, calpanerías, chapel, stable, machero, tinacal and granary. The type of production to which it was dedicated was agricultural and pulque. This hacienda has a plaque which says "on September 29, 1894, C. Ing. Manuel Santillán was born here. His friends, with affection and respect, dedicate this plaque to one of the most illustrious men who has known how to give honor and prestige to his country and his state."
