The Prof. Alfredo Green González House of Culture was founded on August 28, 1974, initially housing the Municipal public library. Historically, the building initially served as a place where the Añuití Missionary priests lived. Its purpose and objective is to provide children and young people with true and better spaces, promoting, strengthening and fostering local and national culture through citizen participation and offering the practice and appreciation of different artistic and cultural manifestations.
Los Cabos is one of the five municipalities of the state of Baja California Sur before being called San José del Cabo, the Pericues named it Anuiti, it also received the name of San Bernabé, it is one of the most important tourist destinations in Mexico, for its variety of eco-tourism destinations and activities such as the Natural Arch of Cabo San Lucas, whale watching and various beaches.
