The most notable feature is its two-story main façade with neoclassical features. On the first level there is a portal with lintelled openings and on the second there are balconied doors with a semicircular arch. The entrance to the building is marked by a beautiful doorway in which the neoclassical character is further accentuated; it has two groups of three high columns with smooth shafts and composite capitals; these support a triangular pediment, in whose tympanum the national coat of arms is housed.
