The interior has a Latin cross plan, covered with a lunette vault and a hemispherical dome on a drum. The most important features are its magnificent gilded altarpieces in the Solomonic and Churrigueresque Baroque style. They are characterized by their plant reliefs, oil paintings, medallions and polychrome sculptures. The main and side altarpieces are said to have belonged to the temple of the old convent.
