The Public Library is a French mansion located in the center of Santa Rosalía, which is called Mesa México. This house houses the public library facilities, but a few years ago it was the home of a French family that worked in the El Boleo mine. The building is very well preserved and it is easy to admire its architecture in the style of the old French mansions that were built in Mexico during the Porfiriato.
