The Municipal Presidency, built in the 1940s, its main esplanade witnessed the civic-political movement called Loreto 70. From 1993, the Town Halls of the Municipality of Loreto were installed there. On the ground floor, a collection of paintings made by children between six and eight years old is exhibited and are for sale. It is one of the 5 municipalities located in the central part of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur.
