Finca Irlanda in Tapachula is a company dedicated to the production of the highest quality organic biodynamic high-altitude coffee as its main product; in addition to cocoa, cardamom and honey, it is the first farm in the world to obtain the organic-biodynamic certificate in 1967 from the Demeter Bund certification agency in Germany.
Tapachula is one of the municipalities of the state of Chiapas, between the Sierra Madre and the Pacific Coastal Plain. Tapachula, in the Nahuatl language, means Tapacholla.
