Since 1930, La Chiripa Farm in Tapachula has been producing the gourmet coffee variety known as Maragogipe, from which it owes its name. La Chiripa is one of the few farms in Mexico that still have their Maragogipe plantations. Café Márago is known as one of the best coffees in the world for its strong acidity, exceptional aroma and large grain. La Chiripa protects 20 hectares of tropical rainforest. The beauty of its landscapes and respect for the natural environment are essential characteristics of the farm.
