The Colón Lakes in La Trinitaria are a beautiful place created by a river coming from Guatemala that, upon entering Chiapas, slows down, separates into multiple branches and forms a series of charming crystal-clear pools with blue-green hues. Pools interconnected by canals, streams and waterfalls framed by large trees: ceibas, chicozapotes, matapalos and palm trees.
